Privacy

This site is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and we do not target our content at minors. All promotional imagery depicts adult subjects, and every page carries an 19+ warning in the footer. If you believe a child has used this site, please contact privacy@wins-pirit.org and we will remove any associated data within a reasonable period, usually within fourteen days of a verified request.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in an aggregated form. E-mail correspondence is kept for two years from the date of the last message, after which it is deleted. Server logs are rotated monthly. Correction requests and their resolution are kept for the lifetime of the published page, so that future readers can see what has been changed and why. Backup copies live for 30 days and are overwritten on a rolling basis.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that stores aggregated page-view counts, not personal identifiers, and that is contractually prohibited from re-using the data for its own purposes. We do not share personal data with advertisers. When you click an outbound link to the operator, that visit is tracked by the operator's own systems under their privacy policy, not ours, and the operator may set its own cookies on its own domain.

When you visit this site we collect: your IP address (truncated to the first three octets), your browser user agent, the page you requested and the referring URL. When you write to us by e-mail we collect your e-mail address and whatever is in the message. We do not run any forms, we do not use chat widgets, and we do not run a newsletter.

If we change this privacy notice, the new version is published on this page with a dated note at the top. Minor rewording is not notified separately; material changes (new processor, new retention period, new recipient of data) are also announced in a short editor's note on the homepage. The previous two versions of this notice are kept on request from the privacy address.

We use the data described above to serve the site, measure which pages are useful, reply to messages, and comply with the law. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell data. If you e-mail us we will use your address only to answer you and will not add it to any list; if you ask us to delete the thread after the issue is closed we will do that within one working day.

We set a small number of first-party cookies for basic session handling. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting pixels. Third-party cookies are only set if you click out to the operator — those cookies are controlled by the operator.
