| Escalation | If a response from support does not resolve your issue, the next step is the operator's internal complaints team, usually reachable via a dedicated e-mail address listed in the Terms. Give them ten working days. If the complaint is still unresolved after that, you can take it to the alternative dispute resolution body named on the operator's licence page. ADR routes are free for the player; the operator pays the fee if the complaint is upheld. |
| What we can do | We can read your correspondence with the operator, point out whether the operator's position matches its own Terms, and flag the case to the operator's PR contact if we have one. We cannot pay you money, cannot unblock an account and cannot overrule a licence authority. Our role is editorial. If a repeated pattern of similar complaints emerges, we note that in the operator's review page so that future readers have the context before they sign up. |
| Adr bodies | If Winspirit is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, player complaints go to the MGA Player Support unit (support.mga@mga.org.mt). For Curaçao-licensed brands, the Antillephone complaints route is at licensing@gaming-curacao.com. UK Gambling Commission licensees use IBAS (ibas-uk.com). Response times vary from two to eight weeks, and ADR bodies will not accept a complaint until the operator's own internal process has been exhausted. |
| How to complain | Open a complaint by e-mail to the operator's support with a short, dated timeline: what you did, what happened, what you expected. Attach screenshots of the terms you believe apply. Keep every reply. If the first-line response is unsatisfactory, reply asking to escalate and reference the section of the Terms you rely on. Do not open parallel tickets through multiple channels at once; this slows the process and can be treated as abuse under the Terms. Keep your tone factual: an angry message gets a slower response than a precise one, and support staff are more helpful when the complaint is specific and traceable. If the issue involves a payout, include the transaction reference, the method, the date and the amount; if it involves a bonus, include the bonus name and the deposit it was linked to. Most complaints are resolved at the first-line stage once the right information is on the ticket. |
